Lost TogetherThese are the rules you accept by downloading or playing Lost Together: A Tilted Tale (the “Game”), developed by Agleo Tech (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA); where they conflict on matters affecting your rights against Apple, the Apple EULA prevails. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for support or maintenance of the Game.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer (except where the law expressly allows), modify or cheat in the Game, or use it in any unlawful way or in a way that harms others.
3. Playing safely and AR
- The Game is played by tilting your phone. Hold it securely, and never play while driving, walking or doing anything that needs your attention.
- In Memory Corner (AR) mode you may not notice your surroundings while looking at the screen. Watch out for people, objects, stairs and traffic, and use AR only in safe spaces.
- Ask for permission before photographing other people and follow local laws.
- Young children should play with adult supervision.
4. Your photos
Photos you take in AR mode are yours and are stored only on your device. The game characters and the “Lost Together” mark that appear in them are our intellectual property; we permit you to share these photos for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example on social media). Ask us first for any commercial use.
5. Advertising
The Game is free and contains third-party ads (Google AdMob). Rewarded ads are optional; you may need to watch one to the end to receive the reward. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services they advertise. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
6. In-app purchases and virtual items
Virtual items such as character skins may become available in future. Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms; refund requests go to Apple. Virtual items have no real-money value, grant a licence to use rather than ownership, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. You can restore purchases with your Apple account using “Restore purchases”.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its characters, stories, artwork, narration, code and all content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party music, sounds and fonts used in the Game are subject to their own licences (e.g. CC0, SIL Open Font License).
8. Changes and availability
We may update the Game, add or remove features, or discontinue it. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free. Progress stored locally may be lost if you delete the Game or change devices.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game (including data loss, device damage or accidents while using AR). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the previous 12 months. Liability for intent or gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited by law, is unaffected.
11. Termination
Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer still apply to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current date appears at the top of this page; continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
